You may not install and use Sekonden SourceWeb unless you have Microsoft Visual SourceSafe software licenses and Microsoft Windows NT or 2000 Server software licenses. You may not access SourceWeb from client computers unless you have Microsoft Windows NT Server or 2000 Server client access licenses and Microsoft Visual SourceSafe Access licenses.
